SiteSight.ie solves this by aggregating every planning application from all 31 local authorities across the 26 counties into one searchable, map-enabled platform.

We pull data daily from the national planning dataset, clean and normalise it, and serve it through SEO-optimised county and town pages, an interactive map view, and a real-time alert system.
