Planning data is refreshed daily from local authority sources across all 31 councils, so you always have the most current information available.

We aggregate data directly from each local authority planning portal in Ireland, covering all 31 councils across every county.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?expand_more
Yes. You can cancel your Pro or Business subscription at any time from your account settings. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
What counts as an application view?expand_more
Each time you open the full details of a planning lead, it counts as one view. Free users get 5 previews per month — you can see the lead but it is not saved. Pro and Business users get their leads saved to My Leads, so you can revisit them anytime without using another view.
How does the webhook integration work?expand_more
Business plan users can set a webhook URL in their account settings. Every time you unlock a lead, the full lead data is sent as a POST request to your webhook — perfect for piping leads directly into your CRM, Slack, or any automation tool.
