1. Service Description
SiteSight.ie ("SiteSight", "we", "us", or "our") is a software-as-a-service platform that aggregates planning application data from all 31 Irish local authorities into a single searchable interface.
The platform is designed for construction and property professionals including builders, architects, solicitors, and estate agents who need efficient access to planning data across Ireland.
We collect, normalise, and present publicly available planning data. We do not create, alter, or verify the underlying planning records held by local authorities.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or accessing the platform on behalf of a registered business to use SiteSight.ie. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
If you are using SiteSight on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@sitesight.ie if you suspect any unauthorised use.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep this information up to date. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that contain false or misleading information.
4. Subscription and Payment Terms
SiteSight offers the following plans:
- Free — 5 previews per month at no cost.
- Pro — €29.99 per month, includes 200 lead views.
- Business — €59.99 per month, includes 500 lead views plus webhook integrations.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of a paid plan after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
5. Data Accuracy and Disclaimer
Planning data displayed on SiteSight.ie is sourced from publicly available government planning portals operated by Ireland's 31 local authorities. We aggregate and present this data as-is.
While we take reasonable steps to ensure data is current and accurately represented, we make no guarantee as to the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any planning information displayed on the platform. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors originating from the source portals.
SiteSight.ie does not provide legal, planning, or professional advice. You should always verify planning information directly with the relevant local authority before making any decisions based on data from this platform.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from SiteSight.ie without prior written consent.
- Redistribute, resell, or republish planning data obtained through the platform.
- Use automated or programmatic access (bots, scripts, API calls) to access SiteSight unless you are on the Business plan and using our approved webhook integration.
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, access controls, or security measures.
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
- Share your account credentials with third parties or allow multiple users to access a single account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
The SiteSight.ie platform, including its design, code, branding, features, and documentation, is owned by SiteSight and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the platform.
Planning application data presented on the platform is sourced from public government records and remains public data. Our intellectual property claim does not extend to the underlying planning data itself, but does cover the way we aggregate, structure, and present it.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, SiteSight.ie and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to SiteSight in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@sitesight.ie or through your account settings. If you have an active paid subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your access to SiteSight at any time if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. We may also discontinue the service entirely with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of SiteSight after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of SiteSight.ie shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
